House of Die Casting & CNC Turning About Us With an experience of more than 28 years in Pressure Die Casting and Automotive Industry, the Die Casting Department of Seva Die Casting is capable of producing Aluminium, Zinc Die Casting for various applications.
Our company covers a wide range SUPREME products like Diesel
Filter Assembly, Oil Filter Assembly, Fan Body Cover, Rotter Casting, CNC Kits, Brake
Drums (Bajaj, LML, Hero Honda, Yamaha and Vikram Three Wheelers) and
other Aluminium Die Casted items. All these products are
consumed by various industries like Medical, Agriculture, Electrical
and Automotive. The Die Casted Items are built with advanced design and
in a pressurised and temperature controlled atmosphere. This ensures
the reliability and durability of our products.
We have 10 Cold Chamber Die Casting Machines upto 250 Tonnes and CNC turning of LMW make (Japan Collaborated) with the necessary support equipment to manufacture Die Castings to meet every customer's exact quality and print specification requirements. In our R & D section, Die Castings are constantly modified to ensure that our customer's exact requirement are met and held throughout the entire production process.
Our modern tool room with sophisticated equipments and machineries enable us to produce world class Die Casting Items. The tool room has high-quality CNC Machines to make superb quality of tool and dies to be used in Die Casting of different items. Our two different production lines back us to meet the requirement of our customers and also to meet International Quality Standards. The equipments which come out from our production unit, embracing our brand, are manufactured using the best of material, with stringent quality checks at every stage. One of our production line is soon to be started in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, which would definitely add stars in our success.
